Specio is a sales workflow tool for architectural material reps and manufacturers. By creating an account or using Specio, you agree to these terms.
You may only send email through Specio to contacts who are existing business relationships — people you have met, spoken with, or done business with — or who have explicitly opted in to receive email from you. You may not upload or send to purchased, rented, traded, or scraped contact lists. Cold outreach to strangers is not permitted.
When you import contacts, you attest that they meet the standard in Section 1. This attestation is recorded with each import, including who made it and when. Misrepresenting the source or consent status of your contacts is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Addresses that hard-bounce or file spam complaints are permanently suppressed across the platform and cannot be re-enabled by users. Unsubscribe requests are honored automatically and unsubscribed contacts are excluded from future sends. Specio may limit, pause, or suspend sending for any account whose bounce or complaint rates put shared sending infrastructure at risk.
You are responsible for the content of your emails and for complying with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM. Every email sent through Specio includes an unsubscribe link and your organization's physical mailing address; you agree to keep that address accurate.
Specio is provided as-is during its pilot period, without warranty of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You retain ownership of your contact data; we use it only to provide the service and do not sell it or share it with other customers.
